Movement and performance

For adults who run, play tennis, row or sail and want their body to keep up with the season.

Hani watches how you move, tests what your body can handle and builds a plan around the activity you care about, whether that is a race, a league or a weekend on the harbor.

This is for you if

  • You train for a race, a league or a regatta

  • You want a second set of eyes on how you move

  • You are returning to a sport after time away

  • You want a plan that fits your calendar

A visit

How a performance hour goes

  1. 01

Step 1: You tell us the goal

The event, the sport or the week you want to be ready for.

  2. 02

Step 2: We watch you move

Walking, running or the motion of your sport, in clothes you would train in.

  3. 03

Step 3: We test and build

Strength, range and control, then exercises matched to what we saw.

  4. 04

Step 4: You leave with a plan

A written week-by-week plan that fits around your training.

Before you book

  • What decides how many hours

Your goal, your calendar, what the exam finds and how you respond. We review the plan at every visit and change it when your training changes.

  • How you pay

You pay us directly, and you get a written estimate first. How paying works is on the fees page.
