The whole hour is yours

Alden Physical Therapy is a self-pay practice. You see one therapist for a full hour, and you get a written estimate before you pay for anything.

The hour

A whole hour, with one person

Most visits are short because the schedule is. Ours is long because the work takes time.

Your therapist spends the hour with you: listening, examining, working with their hands and practicing exercises while they watch. You leave knowing what to do next and why.

  • Hands-on work, not only exercises

  • A plan you can say back to us

  • The same therapist at every visit
