Physical therapy

The one-on-one hour

A full hour of physical therapy with the same therapist every time, for adults who want care at their own pace.

We use hands-on work, exercises you can repeat at home, and time to practice them while someone watches. You leave each hour knowing what to do next and why.

This is for you if

  • You want your therapist's attention for the whole hour

  • You want to understand why each exercise is in your plan

  • You would like to decide with your therapist how often to come

  • You prefer a clear fee to a copay

A visit

What the hour looks like

  1. 01

Step 1: You arrive and settle

No waiting room shuffle. Your therapist meets you at the door of the treatment room.

  2. 02

    Step 2: We talk

What you want to do again, what you have tried and what gets in the way.

  3. 03

Step 3: Hands-on work and movement

Manual therapy, then exercise at your pace, adjusted as we go.

  4. 04

Step 4: You plan the next hour

Your therapist writes down what to practice and what to expect next.

Before you book

  • What decides how many hours

Your goals, what the exam finds and how you respond. Your therapist reviews the plan with you at every visit, and you decide whether to come back.

  • How you pay

You pay us directly, and you get a written estimate first. How paying works is on the fees page.
